In the Summer of 2002, The CACV acquired a pair of ALCO S7's from The Atlas Steel Company of Welland, Ontario. Here are some great shots of the CACV's borrowed VTR loco grabbing the delivery at Cooperstown Junction. Here Vermont Railway Geep 18 801 waits at CJ for the delivery of the Atlas Alcos on August 11th, 2002.
